Meet the Team

Aaron Daniel

Director

Aaron co-founded Elite Sports UK in 2008 and has been the director ever since. His day-to-day varies as he has an ever-growing company to manage. In his free time, Aaron goes snowboarding!

Joe Harper

Director of Sports & Recreation

Joe has been with Elite Sports for 2 years but has worked in leisure for over 20. He oversees all of our sites and is always here, there and everywhere! In his free time, Joe enjoys watching CCFC.

Scott Davis

Senior Duty Manager & Swim Manager

Scott has worked for Elite for three years and worked his way from a lifeguard to senior duty manager. Scott is predominantly based at ESC Nuneaton, overseeing the day-to-day operations. However, you may also see him at Arley. In his free time Scott plays the drums & is in a steel band!

Graham Norman

Senior Duty Manager

Graham is the senior duty manager for ESC Arley, has worked for Elite for 7 years, and has over 10 years of leisure experience! He is the friendly face of our Arley community and everyone knows him. In his free time, Graham competes in Triathlon!

Pearl Maynard

Centre Manager

Pearl is the centre manager for ESC Kingsdown and has been working there for 19 years! Pearl knows everything about our Bristol community and in her free time enjoys dancing, especially Cuban salsa.

What our clients think

I enjoy the swimming and the gym here, good choice of pool times. The staff are always polite and helpful and make me feel welcome and always have time to give information if needed.

Gym member

We could not be happier with the lessons provided. Children are given demonstrations, next steps are shared regularly throughout the lesson personalised to each child and all are praised no matter their ability. The regular assessments are great to monitor progression and my girls and niece are so proud when they reach different milestones within the scheme. It is clear that the other instructors in the pool at each of the lessons are just as engaging and provide feedback throughout the sessions too. It appears as though the other children enjoy their sessions and the smaller class sizes compared to other local swimming lessons enable the instructors to keep up the level of engagement with the children and maximises swimming time. Thank you

Jamie / Sam are both fab swim teachers - there is always clear direction in their class. They also have a great style of teaching in that they are firm but in a fun way with the kids. I feel that when these guys are teaching the kids get the best out of the lesson.
